2025 WURI Global Conference

From September 24–26, 2025, we will host the 2025 WURI Global Conference on our campus, welcoming over 300 presidents, faculty, and experts from around the world. Exploring Korea Start-up ecosystem & Starting your own business- Global Startup Center Mingling Day

The aim of this lecture is to provide basic information to foreign students in Korea, focusing on the environment for domestic startups and government support programs. It also aims to guide them on how to effectively prepare for startups and improve their success rate by informing them of the required basic competencies. Main Topics of the Special Lecture: - Introduction to the Global Startup Center and the OASIS Program for successful startup support - Sharing startup experiences from foreign student entrepreneurs - Current status and how to utilize the startup ecosystem in Korea - What aspiring entrepreneurs need to prepare - Q&A and networking Thank you to everyone who joined us for the special seminar on exploring the startup ecosystem and launching your own business! Tongmyong University has achieved an impressive milestone on June7th, 2024 by being ranked 34th in the Leadership category at the 4th World University Ranking for Innovation (WURI), hosted by Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland. We are immensely proud of this remarkable accomplishment and eagerly anticipate a future filled with even greater successes.
